  5. The security interest granted herein is given to secure the 
  6. indebtedness of @171 to @001, for @175, in the original principal 
  7. amount of @176, dated @177. @002 does not agree to pay the 
  8. indebtedness of @171, however, the collateral provided herein 
  9. shall be liable to the remidies provided in the Uniform 
  10. Commercial Code, for secured parties. In addition should any
  11. expenditures be made by SECURED PARTY for insurance or to
  12. otherwise protect the collateral the same shall be secured by
  13. this agreement.
